On a sunny afternoon, twenty years ago, three young students graduated from the same university. They were very much alike, these three young students. They all had been better than average students, were all personable and as most young college graduates are – were filled with ambitious dreams for the future.
Recently, these three students returned to university for their 20th reunion.
They were still very much alike. All of them were happily married and had children. And all of them, it turned out, had gone to work in the financial industry after graduation, and were still there.
But there was a difference. One of them was just a regular employee at an Insurance company. One of them was manager of a small department at a Bank. The other had started his own successful Asset Management company and was serving as its current CEO.
